The Ard Ri is looking for this stone because it is the symbol of irish political power, the only one which can legitimate a new irish king. For the same reason, years before, the Anglo-Normans stole the stone and took it in a secret place, with the help of some Magi from the English Tribunal. After fighting some group of germanic soldiers, the Magi find Marcus, kept jailed into his house, and the body of McCharty. Marcus indicates to them a little and desert isle in the Orcades archipelago, where the ancient Covenant of Teine Eun stood. | |
