AD 767 At Durenmar, twelve magi formed the Order of Hermes. During the following decades they sought followers, spread all over Europe and founded the first Covenants.

AD 789 The birth of Raven Keep, the first Hibernian Covenant, near Cootehill.

AD 815 The foundation of Westmoor, south from Ballinrobe. (Lough Mask) The Covenant was named after the great bog, where it stood.

AD 859 Some Flambeau, Tytalus and Tremere magi founded Viper's Nest, south from mountain Galty. Due to the troublemaker primus of the Covenant, Viper's Nest had very bad reputation among mundanes and in the Order.

AD 913 Young magi from Raven Keep formed Stormhill on the top of Blue Stack mountain. The Covenant was named for the Storm Giant, who had guarded the magical hill - faerie regio -, where later the magi built up their laboratories... It is said, that the arcadian beast cursed his killers before his death.

AD 957 Stormhill fell prey to a devastating war between the Northern Hibernian tribes. The curse fulfilled ?

AD 960 A lucky magus, who managed to survive Stormhill's fall, and another, who was expelled from Viper's Nest, founded Cliffheart on the island of Sherkin.

AD 983 The magi of Viper's Nest were found to be diabolists. They were destroyed by Wizards' March, led by Westmoor. The guilty magi not only used demonic marks in their spells, but summoned even demons. During the battle, several Infernal Creature aided Viper's Nest. The Order suffered heavy losses.

AD 986 On the ashes of Viper's Nest, young magi from Raven Keep and Westmoor established Ashenrise. They wanted to cover up the tracks of the former demonic presence.

AD 1013 Diabolism raised its head in Westmoor. During a Wizards' March, led by Raven Keep, the minions of the Dark One were killed. It is rumoured, that members of House Diedne appeared on the battlefield and fought against the diabolists. (Until this the Tremere and the Flambeau totally (?) destroyed their House!) After the battle they disappeared as quick as they came.

AD 1048 Magi from Cliffheart formed Greyforest, near Newcastle West.

AD 1052 Ashenrise's newly gauntleted magi founded Silvergate, in the heart of Dublin. Since then this Covenant educates the Redcaps of the Hibernian Tribunal.

AD 1065 Gessius, the last magi of Raven Keep went to Final Twilight. The Covenant died out. Later a little war broke out, between Ashenrise and Cliffheart. Both Covenant wanted Raven Keep's whole magical treasure. Chain of Certámens settled that magi from Cliffheart should go first to Raven Keep and explore the Covenant.

AD 1137 Hedge wizards, recently accepted by the Order, established Vorguth's Tomb east from Lough Gill. They were extremely skilled in alchemy. They called themselves Moon Wizards.

AD 1154 Magi from Ashenrise and Silvergate formed Water Keep, on the islands of Lough Derg.

AD 1155 A Celtic clan, found it a sacrilege to build a castle over the tomb of their legendary hero, ruined the Covenant of Vorguth's Tomb. A magi managed to escape, and later he started to build up a new Covenant, Howling Hills, under Vorguth's Tomb, deep underground.

AD 1213 Magi from Howling Hills built up Bright Towers, far west from the city of Belderg

AD 1217 Mistwood's foundation, on the Aran islands. The first signs of the dark future...
